Returns

We have a 60-day return policy, which means if you are not completely satisfied with your order you have 60 days after receiving your items to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, no wear and tear, with all accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase


To start a return, you must contact us at support@legendarygaming.io. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are eligible for 1 free return or exchange per calendar year. Additional returns or exchanges that are not the fault of Legendary Gaming (damage, incorrect product, workmanship, defects) will be subject to a flat 15% restocking fee.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon taking possession and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 60 days from when you take possession of your items. If the item you would like to exchange for is priced higher than the item you purchased you will be responsible for paying the difference in price. If the item is priced lower, then you will receive a refund for the difference in price.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
